Refund policy

Return Policy: We are currently not accepting any returns. Hair orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Package Lost or Stolen: Once we ship the item, the delivery is no longer in our hands. Please contact the shipping courier in your area before contacting us. We are not responsible for lost/ stolen packages. 

Refunds: We are not accepting refunds at this time, however, under special agreed upon circumstances the refund process will take 7-10 business days. Proof of product quality is tested before every order is shipped. In the event that any orders are questioned, we will have video proof of products and shipping label to verify state when order was placed. Your satisfaction is very important to us! Please make sure a professional is handling your hairstyle.
